I agree, for some reason unless the user has admin rights, using the /ALL switch throws up an error message.

I have put following lines to my bat file:
runas /user:testexchange\superadmin /savecred "c:\bginfo\bginfo.exe c:\bginfo\config.bgi /TIMER:1 /silent /accepteula /ALL"
Does not work even when I type in my password.

Use Run As Administrator as a setting for the application and it will work.

Hello All.
I have put BGINFO to my startup folder.
But I get next error message:
"Unable to relaunch as a service. This operation requires that BGInfo be run under an Administrator account".
User is Enterprise administrator.
Please help.
