Contig seems to think my fragmented files are not when it comes to defragging them. With -a it detects them fine. Win 7/64 if that makes a difference.

0xc0000022 suggests a permission problem.Try running in an elevated command prompt if you haven't already.

It isn't clear then why Help specially notes that -l option requires administrator rights while they are actually required to perform the main Contig's operation - to defragment files - too.
