If I do this I will lose all my data. It can't be RAID, because when I had Vista X86 installed (without RAID of any kind) sound was also shuttering. Then I installed Vista X64 with RAID0.
All my security software was Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 wich has them all (firewall, antivirus, spyware, etc). I unistalled it yesterday, like you adviced me, but I did not had any luck with this.
I will try to close all apps what is running and kill some useless processes, then I'll capture another trace.

Possibly, different causes?

Any chance of malware?

Does the problem persist if you boot into safe mode?

No, I don't think.

Well, I don't because I can't listen music (sound card doesn't work). DPC Latency Checker doesn't work also, but my cpu load stays at 0% all the time.

That would be a good next step.  I'd like to try to figure out why xperf is not able to display the name of the module that it is attributing the interrupts and DPCs to... Confused Embarrassed

There it comes: http://rapidshare.com/files/224450299/merged.rar (same password).
I closed all apps and processes I could. I had about 44 processes running (readed in Task Manager).
Hope you'll find the solution for this annoying issue.

Still coming out with Unknowns...
In addition to the processes that were previously stopped, the following are most likely not critical, and you should be able to stop them (if a service) or terminate them.
slsvc.exe
docklogin.exe
nvvsvc.exe
wlanext.exe
spoolsv.exe
starwindserviceae.exe
rundll32.exe
searchindexer.exe
aestsr64.exe
applemobiledeviceservice.exe
mdnsresponder.exe
pnkbstra.exe
stacsv64.exe
rundll32.exe

Do you play games, etc. with the system?

I wonder if some DRM-type module for some game may be involved...
