I searched the forums, couldn't find a post that delt with this issue previously.

3 computers involved, all running windows XP Pro sp3.

Here's the problem.  I am running a simple script written in autoit on the target pc.  The command line I'm using works when I execute it from my laptop targeting my Desktop1.  However when I try to run the same command line from Desktop2, I get the standard access denied error.

PsExec could not start c:\script.exe on Desktop1:
Access Denied

Could not access Desktop1:
Access Denied

(Had the wrong error message up here.  Sorry for the confusion.)

I've double and triple checked passwords, etc.  Everything should work fine, but it's a nogo.  any assistance would be much appreciated.

psexec \\Desktop1 -u username -p password -i c:\script.exe
