I know - how are you doing it?

How likely is one to encounter this situation "in the wild"?

The bug still happens under a limited account if a process has created the right named pipe...
Do you have source for an app that will create this magic pipe? Wink

That's just bad wording in task manager. "VM Size" under task manager actually reports private bytes, not virtual size.

For 32 bits executables on a 64 bit machines, the DLL paths are not available: the column only shows the filename.
