ProcMon crashes on start

On my machine, ProcMon crashes on start. In the status bar I can read showing "Showing 373 of 706 events" then the MS errore reporting windows appear (I sent one) and ProcMon is hung.

My system is Windows XP Pro SP2 (all patches to date) Italian. Let me know if you need more informations.

Same OS: WinXP SP2 (all patches to date). Italian version.

it writes a number on first row in client area and then crashes.

Hrmmm...  A pattern? Perhaps a penchant for stating the obvious...

ldsandon, erosolmi, p.dario, and volatile56 all disclose their location as "Italy".  loz.it also lists an Italian version of Windows...
