this looks like malware. Try to delete it

Download tools like http://www.emsisoft.de/en/software/eek/ or http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/what-is-windows-defender-offline

build a bootable USB thumb drive, reboot and scan the PC.

when I download Windows Defender Offline and copy it on usb key that is already a USB flash drive?

YOu have to run the Defender Offline and create a bootable USB flash drive. Backup the data on the USB device first.
