ProcMon - Duration value not correct

   Hi, 

Lately I've played with 'Diagnostic Tracing in Process Monitor' (introduced by John Robbins and Mark Russinovich). It is great feature that helps enormously speed-up troubleshooting of problems in the applications. I've noticed that the 'Duration' column shows strangely high/random values for the Diagnostic Tracing events - looks like a bug....
I am using ProcMon 2.93.
