PSEXEC remote registry import not working

I'm using the following command:

\\source_server\share\psexec.exe \\target_server -u domain\username -p password regedit \\source_server\share\backup7-21-11.reg

And it seems like it's working, the PsExec c1.98 -  Execute processes remotely stuff comes up, it says connecting to server....  And then the connecting to server line disappears and it just sits there.  I've waited half an hour, which seems more than long enough, and nothing.  Am I missing something?  Maybe I should only do the specific keys I need instead of the whole registry?

I am doing a similar thing with no problem, it might be that you are not using the /s switch for regedit and it is waiting for you to confirm the merging - the command I am using is shown below.

psexec @servers.txt -u user -p password regedit /s \\sourceserver\Reg\remote.reg
