Pslist - Cannot Connect to Remote Registry - Win7

Can somebody suggest a guide on how to fix this Pslist, Psinfo problems

Below is the snapshot of the problem;

Cannot connect to remote registry on accounts2:
The network path was not found.
Failed to take process snapshot on accounts2.
Make sure that the Remote Registry service is running on the remote system, that
 you havefirewall ports allow RPC access, and your account has read access the f
ollowing key on the remote system:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Perflib

Target Computer: Windows 7 Ultimate 32Bit
Local Computer: Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Ed. SP2

Tried to use the following command from the local computer and it is working;
net use \\target\Admin$ /user:Administrator

dir \\target\Admin$
net use \\target\Admin$ /delete

Tried Psshutdown and Psexec and both they are working.
