Now I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps for FF to no avail. Typical causes of freezes include loading media intensive sites and/or multiple tabs.

After much trial and error and troubleshooting on FF, the problem still persists. Now I'm beginning to wonder if it's really my system causing the issues or maybe FF is not running in a way the system likes it to.

On my part, I've downloaded the procexp.exe and I've monitored the CPU usage. Now I'm not really a tech guru but as far as I can see the red spike shows 99.97% Interrupts. How do I determine what is causing the freeze and how would I know what is the cause? Software or hardware?

As a precaution, I've also updated all my hardware drivers just to see if it freezes but it doesn't, so I'm very much stumped.

Appreciate if any kind folks can help. Thanks.
If the subscription is not stored in the registry then it may be stored somewhere else. Have you posted a question to LogMeIn they have a great tech support and will help you. -WS
