	Not having access to Vista it's hard to say whether UAC might be a factor. It would be worth checking your permissions on HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WSMAN and HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Perflib\009
