Running this:
c:\powershell\Tools\psexec.exe \\SERVER C:\handle.exe -accepteula -a -u -p notepad.exe
Only works if it is run locally once. Once it is run locally with the -accepteula switch it works fine. Running it via "psexec" the first time causes handle.exe to hang.

I am sure this has been asked , but any possibilities that handle.exe will be able to run against a remote server. I know you can just PSExec'it, but I am getting spotty results, mainly becuase of the license agreement on first time use per server.
Thanks!
mike
