Wink In the event the terms seemed familiar, you may have considered constructing your own mechanism for obtaining the desired information, since it does not seem to be available in a manner which you would prefer (scripting / WMI).

Nothing I can find indicates that this is available via WMI, or via Performance Monitor (Chapter 27 - Overview of Performance Monitoring).
 
The only way I'm aware of that one can get this detail is from the uMmPeakCommitLimit member of the SYSTEM_PERFORMANCE_INFORMATION structure one passes to NtQuerySystemInformation when calling it with the SystemPerformanceInformation type.
