VMMap v2.2: VMMap v2.2 includes a fix for a bug that prevented VMMap from working on 32-bit Windows XP.

would it be possible to provide version 2.0 for XP users while waiting for version 2.2?

Yes, the issue also affects VMMap v2.1 running on Windows 2000.  Do note that the VMMap utility page does not list Windows 2000 in the "Runs On" box.

I am also getting this crash when running Windows 2000, was working fine on previous version

I just tried it with XP SP2 with the VMmap from http://live.sysinternals.com/ :
Monday, June 29, 2009 11:16 PM       608632 vmmap.exe
and I got a crash on my system, see attachment

Nice work!  Indeed, it seems causing VMMap to call QueryWorkingSet when it intends to call QueryWorkingSetEx will permit VMMap to function...

VMMap call psapi.dll!QueryWorkingSetEx function.
But, not exist XP32 and not checked NULL.
