missing/dropped utilities?

   Hi Lester,

Presumably, Diskmnt was dropped because it was only meant for the long-gone NT4.  Physmem was a v1.0 utility that didn't run on at least Server 2003, if not earlier.  And, potentially, reghide may perhaps be used for ill.  Not saying that those are the definitive reasons for the changes to the list of included utilities, but they seem to make at least a little bit of sense...
