Is that Windows 2000 in the picture?  If not, you could try Process Monitor instead of FileMon.

Else, consider checking the rest of the boxes at the bottom of the filter dialog - does that cause activity to be captured?

What security / AV software is installed on the system?

Is there anything special about drive Q?  Is it a local drive? Internal or external? etc...

Is filemon set to monitor the volume drive where all the file activity takes place?? it appears that you're only monitoring "Volume Q" at the moment.

Hi

I used your filemonitor to good effect,  but currently it does not show any file actions, only mail, pipes etc.: no more missing files, no more paths not accessible etc. debugging applications is definitely difficult without these informations.

I attach a picture (composed) – maybe there is any idea or help available ?

Regards
