Does a WMI script in a custom field return info? Perhaps, use this as a start...

I am trying to use BGinfo to diskplay basic Network information including: IP Address, Network Speed, etc and no information is being displayed on a POSReady 2009 Install (WEPOS 2.0) I can use the same file on XP SP1,2,3 Server 2003 and the information displays.
Verified that the system has a valid DHCP IP address.
Any idea would be appreciated.
