is that right to use in ndis driver

problem is "i want to relate a packet with process id"
 
as popular firewall like zonealarm does. it detects a netwrok attempt and notifies the user and waits for his consent also.
 
how it is possible to do it in so real time? how does it wait in ndis driver.
can somebody explain please....
