you just try to find msinfo.exe in system32 folder,rename it and sent your av company.definately solution will bet get uploaded next update if file is suspicious.

Try running scans with your AV software.  Also, perhaps have a look here / here.

Hi experts,
 
I'm getting an error every time I boot my laptop that MSinfo.exe failed to initialize. I suspect due to this error my laptop is taking long loading XP Home edition. Could you please suggest fix for this problem?
