Troubleshooting Slow Logon - winlogon.exe

   uploads/29971/Logfile_CSV.zipI am troubleshooting laptop experiencing "slow logon".  I enabled ProcMon Boot Logging and ended up with over a 26 minute logon capture.
The ProcMon log file is over 3.7 GB so I added the duration column and added a filter for Duration - More Than - 30.0 and then exported to CSV.

Attached is the resulting csv file which shows Winlogon duration at 1589.

When reviewing the original logfile, prior to the Winlogon process showing a duration of 1589, all event entries are less than 1.0.

What is my next step in attempting to identify why winlogon.exe shows such an excessive duration time.
