Autoruns has a built-in comparison feature.

One alternative is to use "Autorunsc -a -c" to output to csv file. Then compare 'before' and 'after' versions with a diff program such as Examdiff. You can then view additions, deletions and changes from 'enabled' to 'disabled' or vice versa. Hope that helps.

i would be glad about 2 counters in the grey-colored bottom-line of the autoruns-window;
on each selected item (everything, services, etc.) the first counter should say, how many entries where found by "autoruns" (= number of squares in the actual version). the second counter should say, how many entries are activated (= number of sqares filled with a sign in the actual version). So it will be easier to get an overview, were the number of entries or the number of activtated things have changed since last time. |
