Need utility to log process creation and dll loading.
Need command line arguments for the process creation.
Need path/file info for both process creation and dll loading.

3rd party developers invoke our tools from VB exe/dlls, etc. I need to see what commands they have invoked, and in what order they are invoked.

Internally, we invoke the Shell using a printto (or other ) verb. I would like to validate process creation behavior.

A logging tool would we an excellent way to profile system behavior (dll loads, versions, checksums, etc). The output of the logging tools could be input to control process creation, etc.

Note: I could enhance our tools to provide additional logging information... But, this would not help in the case where we invoke the MS Shell or other external elements.

Comments appreciated!
