No, only motherboard's drivers. Now I check "NForce Platform Drivers & Utilities" CD and find there GMSIPCI.SYS, NTACCESS.SYS and NTGLM7X.SYS. So you are right that they are MSI related. |

@Grzegorz: Do you have any MSI software installed? Perhaps system diagnostic tools, overclocking monitors, etc?

FYI Autoruns reports also GMSIPCI on my box with MSI motherboard. It reports also other strange items in Drivers list:
SetupNTGLM7X File not found: D:\NTGLM7X.sys NTACCESS File not found: D:\NTACCESS.sys |

IMHO, GMSIPCI - something from MSI installed? or you have a MSI motherboard, video? |
