Desciption: GET PCI device
Publisher: MICRO-STAR INT'L CO., LTD

NTACCESS.SYS

Version: 1.0.0.1
Description: Description string for Ntaccess driver
Publisher: Your Corporation

NTGLM7X.SYS

No, only motherboard's drivers.

Now I check "NForce Platform Drivers & Utilities" CD and find there GMSIPCI.SYS, NTACCESS.SYS and NTGLM7X.SYS. So you are right that they are MSI related.

FYI Autoruns reports also GMSIPCI on my box with MSI motherboard. It reports also other strange items in Drivers list:

SetupNTGLM7X            File not found: D:\NTGLM7X.sys
NTACCESS            File not found: D:\NTACCESS.sys
