Same problemhere but with VM.
With my notebook all is working fine.

i have xpsp2 english with italian regional settings , procmon crach but i confirm that when regional settings are changed to "english (US)" procmon works. It's my first time i see a sysinternals issue :-)

Yes, it looks is something related to the regional settings. I switched my PC to English (United States) and ProcMon works.

Hrmmm...  A pattern? Perhaps a penchant for stating the obvious...

ldsandon, erosolmi, p.dario, and volatile56 all disclose their location as "Italy".  loz.it also lists an Italian version of Windows...
