Hello

I'd like to use Process Monitor to check which files an application needs, ignoring binary files such as EXEs or DLLs.

Is there a way to tell PM to ignore or hide those files from the output, so I only see non-binaries (data files)?

Thank you.

Hi,
You can use the filter to exclude those files that end with .exe, .dll and .nls
Another way is to use http://www.nektra.com/products/spystudio-api-monitor/" rel="nofollow - SpyStudio that lists files like Windows Explorer.

Regards,
Peter
